I don’t know about you, but I am so ready for the summer to be over so I can get back to my routines and focus more on my goals.
September is one of my favorite months, the climate is calm, and it is still warm but not too hot, which makes it perfect for any physical activity.
It is also a great period to start with some new routines in order to create habits for success, in any field.
When we talk about wellness, September is a great month to start an early morning walk (as a part of your daily routine) or adjust your sleep schedule (go to bed early and wake up earlier).
Since school days we got used to September as a month of beginnings, and to me, it smells like new opportunities more than any other month.
Whether you already decided what your monthly focus will be or not I have some suggestions below, that might help improve your health and wellness:
Setting your goals will help you remain focused and hold you accountable, but make sure the goals you set for yourself are realistic and achievable.
Do not commit to something you are not able to fulfill on a daily basis.
Instead of setting unrealistic goals try Setting your intentions.
For example, your intentions related to the goals mentioned above could be:
Intentions you set for yourself reflect your own values, and that is why it is better to set them by yourself.
I hope that this will inspire you to set your goals or intentions for the new month and remember to start small and realistic.
