As a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur, I don’t have more than 20-30 min/a day for workout.
I work from home, take care of toddler boy, deal with a teenage girl, cook, clean and do everything like most other women.
Before I’ve founded Pilatesness and started my online business I was a marketing specialist and I dreamed of this day and my home business.
I was imagining that it would be so nice to wake up whenever I want, have a slow breakfast with my family, spend as much as possible time outside, and do my work during the day when I catch a moment.
Today I can say that my 10-12 hours daily marketing job was a piece of cake compared to this what I do today.
I wake up at 6 and do as much work for my online business as I can until 9. Then my son wakes up and I exercise, make breakfast, feed him, prepare lunch, clean a house, go outside to play with him, post Instagram Stories and edit Reels videos (almost everything at the same time).
And usually, I’m dead tired by noon.
So, my work from home doesn’t look very much like the one I dreamed of.
It’s more like living at work (all together with my family) than a work-from-home.
Anyway, I still love it very much – both, my work and my life.
This is really my dream come true and I’m beyond thankful for all of this.
The reason why I’m mentioning this is to make sure you understand that I really don’t have more than 20-30 min/a day to workout.
