If summer would have started today, would you be ready?
The summer is just behind the corner, do you feel like you can dive into new season with a confidence?
This challenge is NOT solely about being fit, firm and slim.
What I want you to focus on is to feel good, feel strong, and be confident about what your body and mind can do together.
This month’s workout schedule is about getting your body stronger, but also about boosting your mindset to think positively and be confident.
Here are some tips to practise daily in order to feel better and be more confident:
TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY
To reach a higher level of self-confidence and feel good about yourself, you have to take care of your body. Body is strongly connected to your mind and spirit, so we always have to think of all three aspects of our being.
Eating healthy, balanced and nutrient-dense food will have a positive impact on your health, increase your energy, and improve your self-confidence. Focus on fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins.
Exercising will increase your strength and endurance, for everyday life’s activities. It will as well improve your body image and make you feel good about yourself. Exercise 5 times per week by following a monthly schedule for best results.
Meditation or pray is the best way to recognise and accept yourself. Meditation will teach you to connect to your higher self and build a strong soul, find peace and clarity and fight stress. Start your day with a 5 min meditation, pray before going to bed or write a gratitude journal and you will feel happier and more satisfied.
It is not easy to think positively, and it takes more courage to be an optimist throughout the life. Accepting a positive self-talk will make you limitless and convince your subconsciouses that you can handle everything. Accepting positive way of thinking will not only help you achieve more but you will also be calm, relaxed and happy during the journey, knowing that good things are coming your way. Trust the journey and believe that you are unstoppable – and you will be.
Compering yourself to others can harm your self-confidence. Every single person is fighting his/her own battle, and life is not simple to anyone, regardless of how it may appear to you. Remind yourself daily of your own strengths and successes. Write a gratitude journal to stay focused on your own life and growth.
TAKE RISKS & DECIDE FASTER
Thinking faster and taking the risk is something that will lead you to a better life, but it doesn’t mean that everything you try will be successful. Learn to fail, because it will help you accept yourself the way you are. Greatest achievements are coming outside of your comfort zone, so be willing to overcome shyness and self-doubt. Accept the challenge to try something new, overcome the uncertainty, and you will grow as a person.
