Can you believe we’re in December already?
This year has been wild, but here we are, at the end of it, with our last 2022 monthly schedule.
I am very emotional when I think of all of you who have been here with me, on this particular page, in our monthly schedules.
How proud I am of all of you for showing up for yourself, for every exercise you did, for every challenge you tried, and even for everything you wanted but just couldn’t fit into your busy life.
You being here and finding my words inspiring really means everything to me.
Thinking of everything I am grateful for is my December goal, and my community is definitely one of the biggest reasons to be thankful for this year.
This holiday season, I want you to focus on gratitude, and practice it every day.
