I am completely obsessed by matching sets, and I always chose lighter colours and comfortable materials.
I prefer wearing leggings and sport bra, but you will find many long slave crop tops in my wardrobe as well.
There are few things I am always looking for when it comes to buying a new pair of workout clothes.
Firstly I, as probably many moms, love high waisted leggings because in those I feel like my core is better supported, and I feel more confident.

In Pilates we always care about proper body position and gentle movement, so any workout that includes hand weights will give you an amazing body defining effect.

There is one more at-home-pilates piece of equipment that I really use very often at home, and that is resistance band.

There is infinitely many exercises that can be done with a resistance band.
I find resistance bands more useful than booty bands, which are recently more popular amongst women.
