During holidays we are all more into eating heavy food and drinking too much, with our family and friends. That's completely ok and you should not feel bad because of that.
However, there is something that you should do and what can help a lot to maintain good physical form – and that’s to “Keep moving”. You don’t need a hour of a workout each day, 15 minutes is really enough. Consistency is key for success, and it’s far better to do every day 10 or 15 minutes than 1 hour once or twice a week.
