High-energy cardio class, which combines boxing and kickboxing moves with pilates strength training. It will improve your strength, coordination and it will help you to burn cellulite.
In this class we are starting with a cardio pilates series to raise your heart rate up and burn some extra calories. After that we have a side lying series for your side butt and legs – best for strengthening and toning.
Intense HIIT class, which will really help to lose fat and it will burn calories even after the workout.
