Yes, it includes abs, some muscles of your gluts, back muscles, even some leg muscles….but, while you´ll be performing the exercises, in this challenge you will feel that, your whole legs and arms are part of this core too. This program is created to improve your body and to increase strength and mobility of your core. In this class we’re using dumbbells per 1 kg weight, if you don’t have dumbbells you can use 2 bottles of water instead.
This is very last day of Abs and core challenge. Having strong core is so important so I’m glad you joined me in this great challenge. You can repeat this challenge once in a while to make your body stronger and to move freely.
