This Abs and core program can be done alone or you can try adding it to the workouts from a monthly schedule in Pilatesness app.
This program is gentle and for every level, but is very effective and so challenging at the same time.
We are starting this program with an abs and core workout in lying down position and finishing the class with a breathing exercise.
For a day 2 we have pilates series in all 4 position and plank. At the end we talk about a posture and have a quick meditation.
C curve series is amazing way to make your core stronger. At the end of this class we have a meditation with a focus on core activation .
Beside this amazing elbow reverse abs series today we have a special breathing exercise. Square breathing meditation will help you reduce stress and relax your body, mind and soul.
Side kneeling challenges your core in a completely different way. You will feel so energised and good after this class, which ends with a special breathing meditation.
Mindfulness meditation will teach you to be more mindful and enjoy the present moment. This is a perfect way to finish this amazing program.
