We are going to target all those muscles of your upper body, and you will feel much stronger after this class.
Upper body workouts are good and useful not only for beautiful and toned arms but for your overall strength. When you strengthen your arms and shoulders you will feel much stronger and the whole body will have a better definition. We are working upper back muscles as well in this class, which will improve your posture and make you look taller.
This class will help you tone your arms and improve your posture. It is an intensive 30 min pilates class for the whole upper body. I use small pair of dumbbells in this class, but it is going to be challenging even without any hand weights.
