This is a pretty intensive class that will help you tone beautiful and lean legs and arms.
We are using dumbbells per 1 kg, but if it’s too challenging you can do it without hand weights.
It’s optional and make this class your very own.
Go easy, slowly at your own pace, enjoy and control every single move. Don’t speed up when you notice it’s burning too much, rather do less repetitions, but easy and with mindful movement. I’m so happy to do this class today with you and I’ll meet you on the mat.
This intensive Pilates class can help you a lot to improve the strength of your arms and legs. It’s more intensive with hand weights, and I suggest you challenge yourself. Leave your dumbbells if you feel it’s too hard for you. Proper movement is the most important.
