That’s why I want to challenge you to implement some great new habits which can really improve your life.
It can help you to start your day in the best possible way and set yourself for any success you want in your life.
So, find below my May Mindful Challenge list:
– Establish your Morning routine; start your day with herbal tea, journaling, quick stretching, or meditation (whatever you decide to do, don’t use any technology until you finish your morning routine).
– Walk at least 30 min per day; choose to go on foot to work, in the evening go outside to play with your kids or walk your dog. Find any reason you can, to take you outside every day.
– Eat more vegetables; eating half plate vegetables helped me to lose weight after my second pregnancy, I have more energy, less bloating problems and I feel so energized when I use this method.
– Exercise at least 4 times per week; when you do something constantly it becomes your habit and routine and it becomes more sustainable.
– Read a book before bed; try to be without technology at least 2 hours before you go to bed. By immersing yourself in a good book, you can take your mind off your current situation. One study found that just six minutes of reading reduced stress by up to 68%.
Try to follow those steps every single day during this month, it will help you to create useful routines in order to feel better, be more organized, and more present at the moment.
Just find a way and time to take care of yourself.
