You can’t be motivated always to do your workout, and that’s something everybody experiences – it’s ok.
Listening to your body and its signals is essential, but … it’s not easy to understand the difference between your lazy brain and real body signals.
Sometimes check twice if this what you feel is real, or it’s just your brain being very creative about making excuses.

I like to give it a try even when I really don’t feel like working out.
– Show up anyway and try at least 10 min of your workout, maybe you’ll realize that you actually need that exercise, and you will probably continue. The feeling after you did a workout which at first you didn’t want to do – is some of the best feelings.
– You don’t want to do a workout but maybe walking a dog can be a good idea. Maybe you need fresh air, and it will be better for you than a workout. Also, you might decide to do some squats or push-ups on the bench in the park – it’s a great workout too.
– And maybe you need to change something, to find a different type of workout. If you are Pilatesness Member you can explore our library and find something you didn’t try – you don’t need to follow always our Program or Challenge – go and do a Yoga or Stretching class if you feel that you need it.
