Ingredients:
Baby spinach, 1 handful
Tomato, 1 chopped
Avocado, 1 diced
Cucumber, 1 peeled and sliced
Red onion, 1/4 chopped
Olive oil, 2 tablespoon
Salmon filet
Salt and pepper
Method:
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook on medium-high heat in olive oil for about 8-10 minutes, on both sides.
Mix all the other salad ingredients and place the salmon on top.
