Ingredients:
1 Banana
Oats, ½ cup (65 g)
Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
Flax seeds 1 tablespoon
Nut butter 1 tablespoon
Maple syrup 1-2 tablespoon
Almond milk ½ cup (65 g)
Method:
Warm the almond milk on the stove, add the oats, nut butter, seeds and maple syrup. Mix well and cook for about 5 minutes. Add mashed banana or other fruits and enjoy!
