Millet protects heart, it detoxifies the body, prevents asthma and diabetes. Millet porridge is very similar to oatmeal and keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients:
Almond, Coconut or any other milk of choice, 1/2 cup
Ground Millet, 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
Method:
Mix all ingredients and put on a stove. Cook for about 5-10 minutes and while whisking. Top with banana and your favourite berries.
