Fish fillet cauliflower rice is high nutritious meal. It can boost a weight loss, it is anti-inflammatory, and since it contains fish (omega-3 fatty acids) it is incredibly beneficial to your body and brain.
Fish is also a great source of protein and vitamin d, while cauliflower rice is an excellent source of many minerals and vitamins, and it contains almost every vitamin and mineral that your body needs.

Ingredients:
2 Fish Fillets
Ginger, 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Cauliflower Rice 6 cups
Lime Juice, 1 tablespoon
Sea Salt, 1 tablespoon
Method:
Put a fillet in a small bowl and add half of olive oil and ginger. Set aside.
Cut the cauliflower into chunks, including the cores. Place into a food processor and blend until the cauliflower looks like rice.
Add oil in a skillet over medium heat and then add cauliflower rice. Sauté for 7 minutes. Add lime juice and mix well. Set rice aside. Add fish fillet in the same skillet and cook until brown. Put cauliflower rice onto plate and add fish on the top.
