Ingredients:
Baby spinach, 1 handful
Chickpeas, 1 can
Olives, 50 g
Feta cheese, 100 g
Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
Olive oil, 2 tablespoon
Sea salt
Pepper
Method:
Mix spinach, chickpeas, olives, and chopped feta cheese in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper and mix well. Drizzle dressing over the salad and enjoy!
