3 smoothie recipes to start your day on the best possible way

In your morning smoothie, you can put plenty of food staff. When you take vitamins on empty stomach your body takes most of it.
I try to put in my morning smoothie all important nutrition I have to take on a daily routine. Also, I regularly have my second breakfast few hours after smoothie, but if my schedule mess up I can even survive until lunch, which I try to escape. My second breakfast is something green, usually some salad with nuts.
You can find below my three favorite smoothie recipes:
Banana / beetroot
1 banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 small carot
2 tbsp grated beetroot
Blend it well.
Cabbage smoothie
1 tbsp grated cabbage
1 small carrot
1/2 green apple
2 tbsp psylium
1/2 cup rice milk
2 tbsp oats
Blend it well.
Green morning
1/4 pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 apple
1 leaf spinach
1/2 cup light yoghurt

Vitamin smoothie in early morning is best thing you can give to your body. I can't open my eyes until I have my morning smoothie. It awakes me just like coffee do to some people.
