My name is Ivana, I’m the wife, mother of two kids (teenage girl and toddler boy), westie terrier owner, and a Pilates instructor. I am very passionate about creating Pilates programs that will help You to: improve your physical condition, tone your muscles, improve balance & flexibility and calm your mind. I live in Graz, Austria and I was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in a city called Banja Luka. I’m a graduated journalist-communicologist with 18 years of experience in communication, journalism, and marketing. I really loved my profession, but I was always interested in fitness
and mindfulness and imagining that someday I´ll be helping other women find their way to improve a physical condition and find a life balance. Four years ago I started my Pilates education and decided that “that day” has come. My body & mind feel much better.
After some pause, my back really needed to get in "shape" again. Both my body and mind feel much better even after 23 minutes of exercise.
